Good company to work for, great potential future

A small highly committed group of people developing new QCL based IR laser systems for research, commercial, and military usages. My work is on the military side of our business. I spend my day designing and debugging new laser systems and manage our electrical engineering department. I also work with the project managers to develop status reports and presentations to our customers.
