of events and area, mainly site seeing and entertainment .

Full of drama, underpaid, no breaks are given. Management is never there. It’s disgusting and dirty in there so I don’t even know how they are still in business

Great atmosphere, typical checkin checkout guests. Handled cash & credit cards, ensure that guests get a more than satisfied stay. Ran paperwork at the end of my shift. I learned a lot working in this company, became an assistant manager within 3 years of working in the company. Handled corporate complaints as well as guest complaints, ensured that we met all brand standards, was in charge of scheduling for the front desk and maintained a great staff and accommodated to the front desk staff to ensure that they are satisfied with their job. In charge of all of housekeeping and maintenance, made sure they had all the necessary materials to perform their job. The most enjoyable part of working in this company was the atmosphere, got to know many guests (the regulars) and would chat with them and made sure they were accommodated, the hardest part of this job was once we got new management, different routine and it was poor management.
Pros
Discounted rooms if needed
Cons
No benefits
