The company don't appreciate good, hard working employees, the work here is hard and complicated and they have many different tasks to do and the company don't pay accordingly and the yearly salary increase is almost a joke, it doesn't match with the cost of living. Management have their favorite employees that can do whatever they want, like use their - more ... cell phone all the time and talk all the time with other employees while another ones are not allowed. - less
