This company is a mess. Work hours are all over the map. 2 12 hr shifts would help. The right hand doesn't communicate with the left. Hiring people for a cdl position and not road testing them? Losing vehicles because of poor communication. Asign vehicles and no one else should use it, period. There are great people TRYING to do their job. Now only if corporate could things straight. LEADERSHIP IS LACKING

Weed out useless managers. Current employees know more about the hands on work and have to answer managements questions on how to do things. This is even true on new system in place since October
