If you need an employer to over value themselves and leave people to manage you that have tight knit circles of employees that name call, and try and bully and belittle you. This is a great place to work. The nursing staff is among the most arrogant I’ve ever encountered. Management only wants attendance they do not care if you’re happy.

They put the worst of the worst in positions of authority. When you are bullied and mistreated, management will not listen. It is a hostile environment. So many people there hate their job. It was the worst place on earth. Horrible place.

If you don't fit in with the "click" get ready to have a hard time. My idea of a job is do you job and go home not be into the politics. Not there. If your not rubbing elbows with the right people and trying to "fit in" you will be forced to leave.
If your not in the in crowd you will end up wanting to leave

I was here for an Epic conversion. Everyone was extremely nice and very eager to learn. Made for an awesome Go-Live! I appreciated all of the eagerness of the Physicians and Nurses. They provided a very calm work environment even while hundreds of babies were being born.
