The only thing that I can think of is to introduce a new employee to the entire team at the dealership by having meetings so the sales force, technician team, advisor team, management team, and used car sales team all understand that you are there to help them, and especially to make their jobs easier with their clients/guests.

My office for the most part was at the dealership. I was assigned a spot to set up my equipment next to the Service Advisor Team. When attending Dealer Tire meetings, we mostly used our Houston Warehouse office to conduct them in.
