They play favorites and manipulate gullible people who think they will get ahead but mgt is just using them. They promise the guy below you your job if he will rat you out. Very sad way to manage. They give these chosen people free coats and employee of the month to be a squealer.

The engineering Dept required a g.e.d. only. Not a degree in engineering. Not a good idea. It causes blame. Knowledge would be better to cultivate I feel.
