I had my own office and was contacted by management over the phone mostly.

Upper management needs to follow the chain of command. Too many chiefs, who get involved in matters that is the responsibility of another chief. Some upper management are in positions they do not deserve, and they are not knowledgeable but ride up on coat tails of the people who know what they are doing, giving no acknowledgment. People doing the actual work, get no acknowledgment, and the company appears to waste money on "ideas" and then force lower reps to prove the worth of the "idea". I love my company, but no longer respect the upper management, and I am very sad about that.

The main thing about working at deco is that if someone does not do their weekly goal it falls on the rest of the team. To me it was not a lot of work per say I'm a workaholic. But to the average person you will be over worked.
