Upper management needs to follow the chain of command. Too many chiefs, who get involved in matters that is the responsibility of another chief. Some upper management are in positions they do not deserve, and they are not knowledgeable but ride up on coat tails of the people who know what they are doing, giving no acknowledgment. People doing the actual work, get no acknowledgment, and the company appears to waste money on "ideas" and then force lower reps to prove the worth of the "idea". I love my company, but no longer respect the upper management, and I am very sad about that.
They need better management staff all around. The whole company is horrible.
