Money Hungry
Care Provider (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLMarch 29, 2019
No one lasts at this place! When you first get hired they promise you a lot. After a while you start seeing the truth. They’re money hungry. Don’t care about the patients or co-workers. Management has no idea of what really goes on at their facilities, better yet they ever show up to work. Supervisors are hired with-out any experience, as well as the front girls. Doctors are mistreated on a daily. Workers are very racist. Not only are there a bunch of new people getting hired daily, but you also have to train them, for no extra charge. Management acts like they have your back, but behind your back they’re writing you up for the most ridiculous insidents. If you enjoy the circus and like being entertained by clowns, this place is right for you.
Pros
$50 for publix on Christmas lol
Cons
Low pay, long hours

Illegal
Medical Assistant (Former Employee) –  Lakeland, FLMarch 24, 2019
I hope everyone knows it is ILLEGAL to ask about ones disability or ANYTHING personal at all!! You are not allowed to ask anything unles it’s work ethic related. So when they give you that second paper to fill out. Take a picture and report them. It is illegal . And their management sucks! Horrible.

Narcistically supervised, unrealistic expectations, unorganized, sweat shop
Underpaid overworked employee (Former Employee) –  Lakeland, FLMarch 5, 2019
Great goals, the worse mangement & leadership, dont train you nor supply proper equipment, write you up to cover themselves, based off #s & litterally time you every move you make to rate your raises/ job performance, front desk not trained medically to triage pts & overloaded with calls & scheduling, back "care promoters" "pend" important orders to meet the times instead of pts needs/ care, great pcps, great co-workers, overly unnecessary micromanaging when the ones managing dont even know correct medical care, talked down to constantly, wolves in sheeps clothing, MAs & LPNs do EXACT same duties, yet LPNS pay rate is higher, lack of supplies needed for pt care, HORRIBLE WIFI, faxes go down ALOT, no where in EMR system for nursing notes, ATC board controlled by snakes, they reel you in with the pt load being small not mentioning how much responsibility (ALL in office procedures..there's ALOT) is placed on "care promoter", no medical records department, time not allowed to finish tasks, threatened about overtime, great pts, pressured to harrass pts with marketing questions to convince them to "rate" clinic as a "10", during important pt care pulled aside to "huddle" & be ridiculed by supervisor, EVERY WORKER is taken advantage of here, pts are manipulated not to go to ER so company makes more $ off medicare, even when ER is whats needed, walk in rate is upsetting pts who have scheduled appts & barring too much on staff considering its been short staff including providers since day 1, whats the point of triage? To R/O the importance of which pt to see first...not here, they claim  more... to be PCP lead...untrue...the PCPs voices are ignored by management & company, not enough pt rooms, "care promoters" are told by management/supervisor to drop orders in EMR...yet orders should be placed by PCP...ANYONE can place an order in this EMR & it goes in under the PCPs name, ANYONE can delete "notes" out of the EMR system, theres no oxygen labels or bio labels where needed, if your a "care promoter" that actually puts the pts first...you get maybe 10 minutes altogether at your desk...if your off the clock when you cant be bossed around. Everyone there is starting to give up & not care anymore, positive changes are not being made for the work enviroment, changes that are needed are not being made.  less
Pros
Best co-workers, Providers & Pts!
Cons
Need people that know what they are doing instead of those pretending & running those that do off.

Medical Assistant (Former Employee) –  Bradenton, FLFebruary 16, 2019
Management is a joke, they hire non medical personnel to run an office. They have no clue , just care about their numbers, get pts signed up and get the next one. Constantly under threat of written warnings or being terminated. DO NOT WORK THERE !!

Management is horrible

Constant state of flux
Clinical (Former Employee) –  United StatesDecember 2, 2018
This company is in a constant state of flux - there is no job security. In a salary position? DO expect to work well over 40 hours every week. Also, they've had Labor Board issues twice in the last few years.

Medical Assistant (Former Employee) –  Lakeland, FLOctober 6, 2018
A lot of micromanaging... petty managers but the patients are great. Love what they company stands for just not the managers. They are hotel managers who think they know how to manage health care. They don’t care enough for their employees

Care Facilitator (Former Employee) –  St. Petersburg, FLSeptember 14, 2018
The greatest job I've had the honor of working for... I've made so many beautiful friendships here, with my coworkers and especially with my patients. I feel fulfilled with this job, there is so much room for growth and my favorite part is that I now have tons of grandparents!
