I was phone interviewed by the recruiter, the branch manager never showed up for the first interview and then rescheduled the second interview which he didn’t show up for, I ended up interviewing with another security advisor days later then I got the job. Never did meet the manger until the day I started...
And at that time the manager told me that once the recruiter gives the ok to hire you you’re pretty much hired. What are they care you’ll be replaced a few months anyway.

Pay structure told to me was a lie, I was promised $125 minimum a job 7-9 jobs a week. This is a lie and they justify it by claiming “slow times” well here I am two weeks before Christmas getting $140 a week, this place will waste your time and lie to employees just like they do to customers over the phone.

If you don’t quit in the first 60 days you will learn some great job skills to use elsewhere. Turnover is extremely high here. Many new techs will quit in the first 90 days. Highest turnover I have seen anywhere.

Installers do not have a scheduled pay increase. All pay increases depend on your ability to upsell a customer additional security products. This is a commission only job. You sell you get paid. You don’t sell you get minimum pay for Installation of Security Alarm.
