The lab director is the supervisor for her sister, doing her evaluation, having control over her pay increases, her schedule, and her work environment is one of the main issues. in the hospital's existence, they have never offered a sign-on bonus. Everyone has left or is looking for employment elsewhere. If you want to solve the problem, bring in an unbiased director of the laboratory.
