I interviewed with one person only, then introduced to the office staff before being hired. The Nurse Manager did the hiring/firing for the group. A good question to ask is: "I there were someone within the group and needed to increase their productivity, what would you do?" Answer: "Lead by example, help them without being intrusive, and always be patient and kind."
