I’d say find management that can handle dealing with workers on a professional level, that can take criticism, and listens to those who know what they are doing in the restaurant business. I had my own business for 10 years before working here and the level of ridiculousness and unprofessionalism on management was absolutely astounding . If you don’t believe me ask residents most of my complaints where geered towards poor management. Other than that the other staff and residents are a joy to be around and serve.
