Corporate is so desperate to cut labor that you basically work with the bare minimum to people during the busiest days and are reprimanded for not making drive time with an impossibly small crew.
Not to mention one of our managers often scared employees, yelled and slammed every surface available, and broke equipment in fits of rage and nothing was done about it. HR is a joke and everyone quit or called off if they worked with that individual consistently.
I was literally doing the job of three people for over 3/4 of my shift EVERY weekend because the greedy rats in corporate were so desperate to cut labor. That’s absolutely ridiculous and what’s even more ridiculous is that I was the only employee that had to do this. Del Taco is a joke and I would not recommend working here to anyone.
