I had to have an A in every subject I wished to tutor. I had to be a current student only because this position is specifically designed for the college work study program. I had to have an informal interview with supervior and work study director before being hired as a peer tutor. There were annual meetings for all tutors to attend as well as occasional tutor evaluations.
