You’ll get one week after your 1st year and 2 after your second, but basically you’ll burn your vacation days just so you can get a day off. Shift workers have to put in a year in advance and seniority rules on if you get those days or not. Not uncommon at all to move vacation days just so you can get a day off after working months straight.
