Every Delmar is different. Delmar South would be my vote for the best all around. Staff are caring and friendly. Management does everything they can to try to work with you on any issues you may have. The nurse managers are not afraid to get out on the floor and help if you are struggling. Great teamwork.

Unfortunately at Delmar Gardens O'Fallon the administrators are more concerned with profits than residents or employees. Some of the employees are bullied by administration, jobs are threatened if you call in due to weather (snow, ice)or if you or your child is sick. Very, very short staffed.
