The most useful review selected by IndeedI would recommend Deloitte only if you don't mind being in a very cut throat, non personal type of an environment. They preach work life balance, but if you want to get ahead you will have to put work way above your personal life.

Great place to learn new tasks with a diverse culture

It was great working for Deloitte Consulting on the Louisiana project designing and developing new software for the state. I learned many new aspects of the IT world that I never would anywhere else, also that I never thought I would work in an IT environment. Coming from a financial background with an interest in project estimation, financial calculations, and an all round interest in financial project management I was not able to excel.
I attained many skills under several project managers by developing documentation, gathering client requirements, communicating with offshore resources to perfect them, and testing them myself to ensure quality.
