Small company with a big name - there are pros and cons

The most useful review selected by IndeedOnly about 15-17 employees, so everyone will work in different areas from time to time based on what needs to happen. All different races, ages, genders work here. Casual work environments, provided uniforms for mechanics and warehouse crew. Everyone else casual dress, only dress up days are when TV shows or news stations come into to do stories about the DeLorean car.The 10-hour, 4-day work week is great for having a three-day weekend. Paid medical for staff and a 401K plan (no match though) is great considering the size of the company. Paid vacation time based on how long you've been an employee.Taking time off for kid's school events typically not a problem if you give a week or so notice. Several people have been working here for 10 or more years and a few over 20 years.
Pros
Casual work environment, inclusive, 100% paid medical for employees
Cons
No 401k match, no A/C in shop/warehouse - just big fans
