Management is awful! My immediate manager always got in the way of doing anything productive but, never did anything to help me grow, extremely controversial and contradicting.

Top heavy company with a screwed up management. HR is so messed up, they've got no clue how to treat people. The new VP came over had an agenda to bring his own people. These people aren't watching out for the company, working for their own personal interests.

Great product - lousy sales management and sales cycles

The product has little demand in the marketplace. POVs are science experiments at larger shops. Hard to justify outside financial and silicone valley markets. And even those territory's struggle for new customer acquisition.

Delphix has some of the best technology that you can find. The people at Delphix are also top notch. Most everyone is willing to work with you and work together as a team.

There have been some changes in corporate direction that the company is working its way through.

Delphix was an excellent environment for a fast learner. The product is constantly improving and adding new platform support, so you never stop learning new things.

Fun, but needs prior experience to understand their culture.

Higher management is not the issue. Sometimes there is ambiguity to what they ask for. Your peers are awesome - whenever I had a question, there was an answer or an effort to figure it out.

The issue is middle management. They do not provide enough input for guidance in the right direction. Often the goals or requests are not very specific, nor are expectations.

It is a wonderful opportunity to learn about corporate culture as it is in a post-startup phase in its history.

Claims to want to further your development and that is true from your peers, not management.
