Routine and exciting.

What is the best part of working at the company?Actually, for me, everything. Travel, co-workers, and benefits. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?If you are a flight attendant, being away from family, especially in the beginning, can be very stressful. Being on a reserve schedule an be very difficult, because you’re on call. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?At Delta, there is a family atmosphere and departments are accustomed to working together. What is a typical day like for you at the company?I’d report for duty and brief with the pilots and then with the flight crew or with both crew together. After doing a security sweep of the aircraft, the passengers would board the aircraft and the flight would depart for the destination. There could be a food and/or beverage service conducted by the flight crew. Prior to landing I’d ensure the aircraft was cleaned and passengers were safely secured for landing and crew were prepared.

Fabulous career and benefits. Company is becoming too political

Fabulous career and benefits. Pay, Time off and flexability with seniority cannot be beat. The airline needs to stay out of politics and concentrate on flying.
