I had the privilege of working for Delta for the most part of 30 years. I loved my job , and all the individuals I supported over the years. I'll be forever grateful to of spent my career with Delta. I continue continue to have many friends that are still with the agency. I love my retirement. But I miss my individuals. I couldn't imagine what life would of been without Delta, I got alot of support throughout my years , From the top in office down to the many staff I work with. And also many parents.
Depends where you work. I can't speak for the houses but in the office it is very negative and unfriendly. When I went for an interview I was told that I needed to have "thick skin" when it came to the environment and they are correct. They don't take well to new people and most will not say hi to you or be friendly to you at all unless they need something from you and are quick to point out flaws for cheap laughs or for a mob mentality.
