The sense (with the layoffs mentioned above) your job is never safe. The hours can be unpredictable and long. I don’t like the cameras everywhere. It feels like there is a lack of trust in the employees with the extreme security measures they take. The lack of raises, lack of yearly bonuses and being surrounded by underpaid colleagues creates a sense of stress that this is not a place to build or advance a career.
