The work environment at my DP campus is supportive. Every teammate wants to see you succeed. It can get catty at times, and feel overwhelming with all the expectations that the network puts on teachers.

Overall school culture is up and down. Consequences for students need to be followed through with, and sometimes they are not. This can lead students to feel as though the staff members are showing favoritism towards outlier students.

In Las Vegas, contract time was 7 am - 4:30 pm No prep periods because you will be walking students in line. Also, using your lunch time to supervise children while leadership enjoys a break. Oh, required 40 hours of "volunteer work" If you don't complete, it begins to come out your summer pay.
