Its a fun, energetic, safe place to work.. Learned a lot of be patient and sharing is caring. Practice in some area the formula of good communication and teamwork, learn and understand to respect others as you respect your self.
"A character opens the door, and friendly natural smile of personality leave the double door open." Practice "diversity" in work place, people do matter from different cultures, be a people person, practice "open book policy". Equal employment opportunity. Be fair, be honest and be respectful of others. "Unity is our strength"
Pros
Inventory, Promoting sales and less customer, The revenue after bills is not profitable to maintain along term goal
Cons
Is making sure, We control inventory and products deliver, By ordering base of merchandise needed. Up sale product in promotion, Making sure we suggest a seconditems to go with coffee, For example. For us to gain more knowledge of taking care of customer

Work here while you look for something better
Security (Former Employee) –  Blaine, WADecember 26, 2018
The Sergeants are great, but from there up it gets bad. The pay is abysmal, though they try to make it sound like working 12 hour days for 2 weeks straight makes up for it. Because of this, they are quick to hire the first applicants they can get that bathe semi-regularly and can read, though it takes them months to fire the ones that endanger others through ineptitude. The reality is that you work as the lowest paid employees at a refinery that can realistically become dangerous if people don't pay attention. BP seems to do a good job, but the Denali training is horrendous. They lost most of their trainers, and stopped paying trainer wages to the ones that were left. As such, sometimes getting consistent training is like pulling teeth. Most of it will come from the overworked and under-appreciated Sergeants. And despite all of this, their biggest sticking point is facial hair. No, you do not need to wear an SCBA. Ever. Security's job is to set up evac stations in an emergency. They maintain a para-military aesthetic at the expense of the comfort and professionalism of their crews. As far as security jobs go, it's pretty easy to get. If you need one badly, or you're young, take it and move on as soon as you can. The attitude is that you should feel lucky to have a job at all and, most importantly, they do NOT care about you.
Pros
Most of the old timers
Cons
Management, environment, culture, Non BP training, etc...

The job is not security, it is bus driver, baggage handler. If you want to work in a boring job making a bit more than dish washer and cleaning person this is the job for you. The company wants you to have a CDL/ P and a ETT cert to work for 20 or 21$ and hr. the cost to get these certs is quite expensive. If you are not part of the good old boys network meaning a former cop/ Trooper you will not advance. They will start a former LEO at 22 per hr and non-LEO at 20 or 21 hrs and you both are doing the same job. They do not want people to stay very long because of having to pay you more each year that is one of the many reasons they have a high turnover rate. The pay is above average for security work overall but most do not require you having to have a CDL-P and a ETT cert. The leadership is all former Troopers and the daily briefs are run as so to the extent of polishing your boots. There is a safety culture there and you will get a neg write up if you violate something as simple as not wearing safety glasses in the truck.
Pros
2 wks on / 2 wks off, chow is good
Cons
Poor leadership and some confusion
