Honest, warm and inviting. Open is the way we think and act every hour of every day.

Server/Cashier/Star Coordinator in Fairfax, VA
on October 26, 2015

Server/Hostess in Hoffman Estates, IL
on December 6, 2022

If you are a server the pay is very low and cannot support you through life. The coworkers were a 50/50 depending on what day it was and managers didn’t care or cared way too much. The training was tough since you just sat and watched and didn’t really do much. It was a chill job though if you worked through the week you had around 2-5 tables for a 5 hour shift but throughout the weekend it was very stressful.

Hostess/Cashier & Dishwasher in Bridgeport, WV
on December 5, 2022

Almost 2 years as a hostess and dishwasher for the last 2 months. No raise the entire time. 40-65 hours a week. They don't care about you or your family. They expect you to be there even if you are sick and handling food. They don't care about your mental health or how exhausted you are from working all the hours they expect you to be there. They will hire on people that don't take their job seriously and give them raises instead while you are continuously busting your butt for the company. DO NOT WORK HERE!

Cook in Tacoma, WA

Everyone ordering at the same time What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Diverse friendly staff working together What is a typical day like for you at the company? Busy 2,/3rds of the shift.

Restaurant Manager in Bloomsburg, PA
on November 29, 2022

Absolutely terrible company to work for. They follow a employees are expendable approach and will not listen to your complaints or even suggestions to better the work experience. Death in the family? We'll see you tommorow and if not goodbye. Oh you need time with your child and wife and have been working 60 hr weeks while your higher ups leave early and do very little? Nope. A downright terrible experience to work here.
