Simply just advancement. It really depends on the person and their work ethic. Along with their drive but if you have it DENSO is a great place to advance. They invest in the employees by sending them to school and various other forms of training to insure advancement opportunities are within grasp

Recognition for exceeding expectations and rewarding the determination and dedication. Its expected that you have a strong work ethic towards tasks, but when you're problem solving and creating new and improved concepts to increase productivity no recognition or appreciation is expressed through management. It just seemed to be overlooked and expected although the idea was saving time and effort
