Treat your "temps" with respect as you would the Denso employees. Some of us are trying to get a permanent job but are completely left in the dark about everything and only referred to as "temps." It's as if we are invisible there. Very discouraging and disappointing

Athens, TN. Planar- 6-7 days a week, all employees on brink of exhaustion and not meeting daily production goals, this is why we supposedly have to work every Saturday and some Sundays. Poor management is the true cause, and they don't care because they have set hours & days M-Fri and get to spend time with their families on the weekends.
