It varies depending on your job and work location:
Hourly employees - 5 days/yr
Commission employees - 0 (you’re paid commissions from your production, but you do get vacation pay)
Management - 5+ but make sure you can keep things running in your absence
I hope that I am answering the correct question. When you are sent to training, the company covers any hotel or travel expenses you have. Most of those expenses are covered up front through a company account so that you do not have to pay anything out of pocket. If there are out of pocket expenses, there is a process for reimbursement our manager, co-workers and HR staff will be happy to help you with that process to ensure a speedy repayment.
