I would hire a new doctor and begin to focus on my patients' and employees' complaints. Although production is important, I believe keeping the patients and employees comfortable and happy is equally important. I would also fire most of the higher-ups working for the company since they do not seem to know what they're doing, or at least do not seem to care.
