  • First meet and orientations is getting to know you, and friendly initially. Expect twisted dreads of grief and/or behavioral changes from management afterward. They are very slow with processing time, especially after completing your orientation with Recruiting and Client Relations Manager. Factor in management's ongoing processing errors. Expect 1 month wait time (more or less) to be cleared of the background check and any annual pieces of training needing to be updated before you are able to work. They currently have papered timesheets and are supposed to be going paperless utilizing an app sometime soon, so currently, they will notify you of available work by phone/email/text.
