its okay, no room for advancement. There is Boston, WI and FL. What's going on with decisions is very closed door so its hard to know if your work matters. Acquisitions are being tried. Some have worked.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Austin, TX – May 15, 2018
There was one specific supervisor that went around flirting and making advancements towards girls. I guess he really thought everyone liked him for his looks. He was wrong. Couple of times he tried to make comments towards me and made me feel uncomfortable. I reported to HR. At the time HR did not initiate an investigation. Took them almost a year and some other complaints to finally investigate. Needless to say, he was fired. Other than that, I made some friendships there that I still keep up with.

Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) – Grafton, WI – March 1, 2018
DentaQuest was a great place to work. I got training and gained skills that I would not have had the opportunity to get at other organizations. I will say they have a strict attendance policy. They do pour back into their employees though.
Customer service and billing coordinator (Current Employee) – Columbia, SC – February 8, 2018
Working with dentaquest was one of the best decision ever. I love it here truly. If It was not for the need of a career that is more financially fitting for the work that I do, I would not replace it for the world.
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Milwaukee, WI – January 17, 2018
Wish I could have stayed at my old job. Not what I was lead to believe in advancement and the PTO didnt weigh in when it came time to taking a day off with only having one at a time to take off didnt allow you to make plans.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Milwaukee, WI – December 16, 2017
Working in the call center was good until management changed. Things started going downhill...favoritism, gossiping, drama..things that should not be allowed in the workplace. I loved my job until that happened. Other than that, pay is okay and benefits are great.
Facilities and Copy Center Specialist (Former Employee) – Charlestown, MA – December 7, 2017
not a bad place to work. most of the people are great to work with. plenty of opportunity for advancement. I personally had a HORRIBLE manager that started working over me that had no clue. I have since learned she has been let go, too little too late.
Customer Service Representative 1 (Current Employee) – Milwaukee, WI – November 27, 2017
I've been at DentaQuest almost a year and a half. The only reason I still work here are the benefits. This is a HIGH volume call center environment with very minimal breaks and time off the phone from the start of your shift to the end. Little room to move to other departments (even when they say after 1 year of employment you can transfer rolls). Phones and vital programs needed to do your job on a daily basis go down often and without warning. Must adhere to ridiculously high quality control metrics made by your supervisors and higher ups.
I will say that my supervisor and team coordinators are there for support and do assist you when needed.
Great Benefits, good hours
short breaks, relentless call volume, insanely high quality marks
