Awful
Specialist (Former Employee) –  Lewisville, TXOctober 8, 2019
Management is AWFUL. Culture is toxic. Expect to work non-stop. Keep looking, biggest regret was taking a position at DCTA. VP heavy leadership with infighting. Top heavy with inflated salaries. Zero trust in leadership, almost everyone is looking for other work.

Public Transportation Driver (Former Employee) –  Lewisville, TXJune 30, 2019
Loved, Loved everything about this place the people and the job itself! Just didn't pay enough to take care of my family. And no benefits. If the pay and benefits change its a place I would love to return to!

Horrible place to work
Bus Operations (Current Employee) –  Denton, TXMay 30, 2019
They have very highly compensated employees in their home office and do not want to pay drivers or operations staff fairly. Too many chiefs and not enough workers. The City of Denton should dig deeper to see how much money is being wasted on all the new positions being added to white collar positions and none for the people working in the day to day operations of making the bus system successful.
Pros
None
Cons
Poor pay and management

Strong friend ships with co workers
BUS OPERATOR (Former Employee) –  Denton, TXAugust 27, 2014
Mark the trainer was great and well informed. Management does its best to assist personnel. Co workers are friendly and willing to assets with any questions and concerns. The hardest part of the job was driving the bus. Other drivers and pedestrians have no respect for the power and size of the bus. Best part was working with a great group of people.
Pros
Great people
Cons
Other drivers on the road
