Hiring is always one of our top priorities. We do everything we can to make this process as quick as possible. Timing plays a big part in how long the hiring process takes. there are usually three interviews. one with the Assistant Manager, one with the Store Manager and a final interview with the Regional Sales Manager. The process typically takes between 1-3 weeks with some exceptions. depending on the Regional Sales Manager's schedule.
