At Omega technical violators center in Malvern AR , right now not long but the stress is high the pace is fast they are critically understaffed they tell you to do something one way and when it goes wrong they blame you and want to fire you the leadership is toxic and they are trying to run a minimum security rehabilitation center like a supermax prison which is disgruntling the inmates. Would not recommend even my worst enemy to work there the warden and the chief of security is the centers two worst enemies and people are leaving there in droves
