Stressful but rewarding
Written by Administrative Technician (Current Employee) from Lubbock, TX on January 14, 2019
If you are a case worker, I highly recommend it as the pay is great and there are all sorts of incentives available as well as many opportunities for advancement. It is a rewarding job for those looking to make a difference. However, if you are looking for a support staff position such as administrative assistant, I don't recommend it at all unless - more... you have an alternative income to help with cost of living. The support staff is underappreciated and way under paid without the benefit of raises or any incentives beyond the the general benefits package and paid time off. - less
ProsPaid health care, 401K and unlimited paid time off
Consno formal training, pay raises or other incentives for support staff and an extremely stressful environment
