What are people saying about the leadership at Department of Justice?

At the DOJ in Brownsville, the working environment was very hostile. Office manager used favouritism when new openings were available.
Written by Senior paralegal IV (Former Employee) from Brownsville, TX on December 31, 2019
The only good thing I can say about DOJ were the benefits of working under contract. The security staff was amazing. Criminal employees were terrible. It's like everyday swimming in a shark tank.
