It depends on the company and what their hiring guidelines are, some does take longer than others because of what needs to be done prior to hiring someone.

You first submit your resume then you get a call back. After you go on 2 separate interviews with the managers. If they hire you they'll call you back within a few weeks. Then you go down n get fingered printed and background-check. You will receive your start date n take your photo for an ID card. Then you will begin your new job. It will take at least a month from start to finish roughly.
