Find a good agency that does placement. I'm a veteran and submitted many applications and added keywords to my resume and had over 5 years of healthcare experience and still never received an interview. I applied randomly to an ad for a position in Montrose through an agency and it was one of these centers and I was actually able to finally get an interview since, an actual person got to view my resume and sent it directly to manager. Otherwise, you'll be waiting forever. Try your best to network and find the agencies that work with them or find someone that works there to recommend you. It seems that is only way to get your foot through the door because, it is all done by computers and unless a real person views your resume that knows what they looking for, than your just another file in your pile.
