I feel proud of this company and the work they do. No agency is perfect, but I truly feel they try to ensure residents are well cared for, and they are creative in providing good services and problem-solving.

Work environment is diverse. In WNY/Rochester though the real problem is that it's very very unorganized company with absolutely no consistency!!! Upper management , especially the ones in administration don't appear to know what their doing and their non supportive. The head administrators/ program directors are very condescending.....play dumb... play mind games and they only worry about themselves. The place could be caving in...and they'd be like huh???? Or walk right by and not even offer help/support.
