I think DESC means well in solving the homeless problems in King County more training is needed however

A truly awful experience.
Managers and leadership don’t care about front line staff or safety.Everyone dreads their supervisors.Moral is low. Safety awareness is practically non existent.
Save yourself. They sure won’t.
