Mostly the questions were skill and background-based. It was a one-on-one interview, which is unusual. Normally, the interviews at DR consist of several supervisors, but it depends on the department/location. Be prepared to know about the company and what they do. If you want an easy, stress-free job, don't apply at DR.

I applied in person. for the first 12 years it was a great company tower for. Then in 2016, they replaced the CEO, COO, CFO and HR director. It has not beens the same since then. They run it like any cutthroat business, not a health care business. They see to be more concerned about degrees than experience.

I managed with high expectations and recognition for good results. I was fair and followed the corporate expectations even if I disagreed. The current replacement has been described as a dictator and I know for sure, she shows favoritism.
