Ashamed and embarrassed because I knew better before I took the job as a store manager. I thought they would give me a raise like the regional had stated when I was hired. They wanted me to prove myself and I did. I exceeded the goals set for me and still nothing was said to me or my staff about our success. Instead we were criticized on how we could have made more money for the company
