I had 3 interviews 2 where at the store and each was roughly 30 mins each. The 3 interview was with the regional manager and that took about an hour and a half. Over all it took about 2 to 3 weeks to finally get the job.

Take better care of your employees and have a higher base pay. Also if your part time employees are to small to use the 30% discount maybe throw in a few paid vacations or something.

I would have weekly meetings with all of my staff and have a brainstorming session on how to boost productivity. I would make my employees feel valued and appreciated and push for better salaries.
