I don't believe that the future of any brick & mortar store is sound. Not just the fact that online sales, and the ability for returns in store hurt the bottom line of any store that doesn't apply the return to the point of purchase. There is always going to be a person who doesn't have the ability to fit the product properly and will always prefer to not have to purchase, wait for the product, just to return it because it's not the correct fit for their body type, then return it and wait for a refund.
