It can take a couple of weeks to get started. Depending on your position hired for, training may take place in location you will be working or you may be going to another store for training, you must pass a background check

I had 3 interviews 2 where at the store and each was roughly 30 mins each. The 3 interview was with the regional manager and that took about an hour and a half. Over all it took about 2 to 3 weeks to finally get the job.

You will go through a series of interviews and emails before actually being sent the "offer email". It can take anywhere between a week and a month.

Sometimes it takes time as most job applications are online these days. Sometimes it could take months. You must submit your application, try to reconnect with company and see if your resume has been seen. Even if you submit resume, you still have to fill out an application which is double work and time consuming. I did find a job online and got an answer within 2 weeks and was hired. Currently it is not working out as well.
