I feel that upper management should be more involved than they are. To ensure that offices are running smoothly I'd suggest more unannounced monthly visits. One on one time with ALL staff. Getting feedback from ALL staff on ways to improve! After all, EVERYONE is helping the company grow, not just the providers.
