Great company horrible management team
TM1 DEVELOPER & ADMINISTRATOR (Former Employee) –  Stamford, CTJuly 10, 2018
Company talks about valuing its people but it does not respect work life balance, especially in Operations areas of the organization. Typically under resourced and over worked, which leads to people making mistakes and burning out. Expect to work late hours and week ends just to do basic job requirements. There is no possibility to work normal hours. Learning is by fire. be prepared to accept responsibility for issues you inherit and no support on improving the process with inflight requirements.Leadership tends to very do as I say and aggressive. Business process are undocumented and not consistent.
Pros
Summer hours
Cons
poor department leadership

Great family run company that cared about their workers
Executive Assistant to Chairman (Former Employee) –  White Plains, NYMay 16, 2014
I learned a lot about the alcohol industry, you think a label on a wine bottle is simple and it turns out to be very complicated. The whole process of design is just the beginning. Going through legal specifications are pretty detailed, it takes a long time to get a label approved for a bottle of wine. I learned that there are states that the state controls the sale of alcohol and being taught how to taste wine was a very interesting lesson. I had some amazing co-workers that become serious friends and wonderful bosses that I truly miss. Having a "tasting" in the middle of the afternoon on a work day to decide which wines we would add to our portfolio sure made it fun. Don't think your drinking alcohol during the day, you don't actually swallow. This is a fun company to work for, the only reason I left was my family relocated to another state, otherwise I would still be there.
Pros
Employee discount on wine, company match on 401K, Chairman walked around and knew every employee, good bonus plan, family run company
Cons
Turnover in some departments, favoritism
