I worked here in housekeeping for quite some time, but due to personal conflicts between myself and a certain few people in management and elsewhere, the job was just overall very stressful. Trying to request a couple hours off every week for a reoccurring appointment was a nightmare. I had to meet with HR a couple times to voice my concerns about feeling - more ... as if my other duties outside of work were not being honored as important. The work/life balance was terrible.

However, I enjoyed the manager himself! He has a VERY good management plan for his employees! He believes in promoting teamwork ... - less
