The in person interview was set up with small panels of two people each round and lasted about 3 hours long all asking about the same general questions, also at one point I was asked some personal items I thought was out of bounds like are you married and asking about my family life......I received an automated e-mail about not being chosen weeks later. General advice is be prepared for strange questions this may be a test of your resolve and you should decline to answer in the interview.
Too long of a process unless you have yourself a hook up. Only Background checks done
