Their current CEO is on a mission to shuffle dollars to their cloud based "CRM/ Automation" solution. Taking the company private and then moving money while renaming is his strategy to bring a supposedly digital powerhouse out as an IPO once the dollars are moved. Similar to how the phone companies cut ties with the print product years ago and loaded off millions in bad debt in the process.

I do not feel confident about the future of Dex Media. They have been consistently losing about 20% revenue year after year. They have been in and are still looking like they will be in a shrinking mode for quite a while to come.

I feel they could have a wonderful future if they promote or compensate employees that are loyal and already doing the duties of the (promoted) higher paid employees. The loyal employees are not being compensated nor recognized.

If Dex Media can keep their word by allowing Account Managers to manager a reasonable amount of accounts in hopes of assisting the clients at 100% this would make a difference in keeping clients and employees.

Yellow pages customers have declined heavily over the last ten years and Dex Media was too late incorporting internet advertising. Much of the work has bee outsourced.
